The ZipTight Fixation System features a smaller version of Biomet Sports Medicine’s easy-to-flip ToggleLoc Fixation device for medial side fixation and a round button for lateral fixation connected by MaxBraid suture. 

Knotless

The fully-adjustable,ÌýknotlessÌýloop allows variable compression and tensionÌýwhich is designedÌýto eliminate irritation caused by prominent knots in soft tissue.ÌýÌýFour strands of #1 MaxBraid suture between two metallic buttons (Titanium or Stainless Steel).

ZipLoop Technology

Single strand of suture/rope that is passed through itself in opposite directions.Ìý Through friction and opposing forces,Ìýthe technology is designed to createÌýa bond that gets stronger the more force is applied to it.Ìý The tension used to cinch it is variable.Ìý Ìý
