The AFFIXUS® Antegrade Femoral Nailing System is part of a long bone nailing platform designed to treat a range of proximal femur fractures from simple to complex, with versatile locking options. Optimal Stability Selection

Accommodates varying anatomy to treat a wide range of injuries, with three options of 6.5mm screws for larger proximal fixation and the ability to choose between interlock, recon or crosslock configurations enabling you the opportunity to achieve optimal stability.

CoreLock Technology

Innovation made simple and elegant through deployment of the preassembled, embedded setscrew/locking mechanism. The proximal screws can be locked in recon, interlock, or crosslock configurations with CoreLock.

Unified System

The Affixus Nailing System is a long bone nailing system that offers implants designed to treat a range of fractures from simple to complex. The Tibia nail is identified by a blue band. The Piriformis Fossa entry is identified by a magenta band. The Greater Trochanter entry is identified by a yellow band.

Thoughtful Instrumentation 

Designed with you in mind, this system provides a comprehensive color-coded, hub and spoke solution to simplify instrumentation selection during surgery and reduce shelf space required to support evolving surgeon and patient needs.
