The Affixus Tibial nails are universal (can be used in left and right limbs) and available in 10mm increments of length, from 240mm to 420mm.Ìý

Innovation made simple and elegant through deployment of the preassembled, embedded setscrew/locking mechanism.ÌýAbility to compress up to 5mm and lock proximal oblique screws to the nail via CoreLock.

Affixus Tibia Nails have 5 distal screw options to maximize working length, offering surgeons versatility and flexibility in the O.R. and provide a solution to best fit each unique case.

Designed with you in mind, this system provides a comprehensive color-coded, hub and spoke solution to simplify instrumentation selection during surgery and reduce shelf space required to support evolving surgeon and patient needs.

Unified System

The Affixus Nailing System is a long bone nailing system that offers implants designed to treat a range of fractures from simple to complex. The Tibia nail is identified by a blue band. The Piriformis Fossa entry is identified by a magenta band. The Greater Trochanter entry is identified by a yellow band.

9° Herzog bend is anatomically designed to resist potential proximal fracture displacement

3° distal bend aids in nail insertion

Oblique descending screws allow for capture of distal posterolateral and distal posteromedial fragments

Most distal screw hole is 1.8mm* from the distal end of the nail
